About Our Services

We support whatever level of involvement feels right for your family—whether that’s walking down the aisle, participating in meaningful moments, or being present during key parts of the celebration. We also gently incorporate time for rest, play, and quiet moments, allowing children to enjoy the day in a way that feels natural and comfortable for them.

  • Yes! We keep our CPR certification up to date to ensure the safety and well-being of the children in our care.

  • We provide exceptional care for children of all ages, from infants to teens. Our experienced nannies are skilled in meeting each child's unique needs, including feeding, diapering, nap routines, and creating engaging, age-appropriate activities. We strive to ensure every child feels safe, comfortable, and included while enjoying the celebration.

  • Toys & Activities
    Age-appropriate games, puzzles, dolls, cars, and interactive group play to keep children engaged and entertained.

    Arts & Crafts
    Coloring supplies, stickers, craft kits, play dough, and themed creative activities tailored to different age groups.

    Comfort & Quiet Area
    Cozy blankets, books, soft toys, and calming activities for children who need a break from the excitement.

    Infant & Toddler Care
    Baby toys, sensory play activities, feeding support, diapering assistance, and gentle nap or bedtime routines.

  • We’ll guide you through this based on the number and ages of children attending.

    As a general guideline:

    • 1:1 care for newborns and young babies

    • 1 nanny for every 2 toddlers (ages 2–4)

    • 1 nanny for every 3–4 children (ages 5+)

    Every wedding is unique, and we’ll thoughtfully tailor staffing to ensure each child receives attentive, high-quality care.

Logistics & Planning

  • We recommend booking your wedding nanny services as early as possible, especially for peak wedding season dates. Many families reserve care several months to a year in advance to ensure availability and allow plenty of time for planning.

    That said, if we have availability, we're also happy to accommodate last-minute childcare requests. Whether you're planning a year ahead or need care closer to your wedding day, we'd love to help make your celebration stress-free for both parents and children.

  • Care is thoughtfully designed around your day. This may include children being with you during the ceremony, a beautifully styled children’s area at the venue, or a nearby private space for naps, quiet time, and wind-down moments.

    Every setup is intentional, flexible, and created to support both you and your children.

  • Yes - we serve weddings throughout Colorado. Travel includes 30 complimentary miles from our Boulder base. For venues beyond that, a mileage fee and/or overnight accommodation for your nanny may apply. All logistics are discussed and confirmed in advance, allowing you to plan with complete ease.

  • If a child becomes ill during the event, our nanny will provide attentive care, ensure the child is comfortable, and promptly notify their parent or designated guardian. We will follow any instructions provided by the parent and prioritize the child's well-being at all times. While our nannies can offer basic comfort measures, parents or guardians remain responsible for medical decisions and determining whether the child should remain at the event or be taken home.

Pricing & Booking

  • Wedding childcare costs vary depending on factors such as the number of children, the number of caregivers needed, the length of care, the location, and any special requests. Most wedding childcare services charge either an hourly rate per nanny or offer customized packages based on your event's specific needs.

    We're happy to provide a personalized quote based on your wedding details. Contact us with your date, venue, estimated number of children, and desired hours of care, and we'll create a package tailored to your celebration.

  • Yes, a deposit is required to secure your wedding date and childcare team. Once your booking is confirmed, the deposit reserves your event on our calendar and allows us to begin planning for your childcare needs. The remaining balance is due prior to the event. Please contact us for details on deposit amounts and payment schedules.

  • To help us provide an accurate quote and recommend the best childcare package for your event, please have the following information ready:

    • Wedding date and venue location

    • Estimated number and ages of children needing care

    • Desired childcare hours

    • Whether care will take place onsite or offsite

    • Any special needs, allergies, or accommodations

    • The package you're interested in (if known)
